USPS Priority Mail shipping with delivery confirmation takes 2 or 3 days in the U.S.
U.S. rate varies depending on size of box needed. As the post office says, "If it fits, it ships." Smaller totebags can be nested inside larger ones.
International shipping rates are by weight.
